BT’s former HQ has been redeveloped to become a 67,500m² flexible office space offering office space, retail, and leisure space as well as public and private rooftop terraces.

Our scope included the full shell and core infrastructure and refurbishment of the 13-storey office building including 2 basements, floor plates, terraces and the roof.

Marcoe completed project wide containment, small power and lighting, lighting control, external lighting and external feature lighting, install of busbar, distribution boards and testing of all sub mains and sub circuits.

The project was successfully handed over in 2025.
