50 Berkeley Street

50 Berkeley Street is the refurbishment project of a prestigious landmark office building located in the centre of London’s Mayfair.

50 Berkeley Street compromises of 13-x floors, inclusive of 2-x basement levels, ground floor, 8-x floor plates, and a 2-x level roof. Delivering 171,000 square foot of prime office space.

Project scope included the full electrical shell and core infrastructure, including installation of Busbar, Primary Containment, LV Submain Cabling, LV Panels, Panel Boards and Distribution Boards, Secondary Containment, Small Power and Lighting, Lighting Control, Testing and Commissioning inclusive of LVAP duties and implementation of our Electrical Safe Systems of Work.

This project was successfully completed in 2025.
